		<description>I&#039;m not sure where it was first developed but I believe this guy is the pioneer. It&#039;s basically a permanent discount shelter. Would be great for Haiti where instead of having tarps that would collapse and fall apart over time, something like this would last for years. It only costs around $100 fyi.</description>
