6 cups kale, chopped, with stems
4 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
HOT PEPPER – chili, cayenne
1 . Saute leek in olive oil until soft. Add kale and cook until wilted.
2 . Add broth and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
3 . Blend with an immersion blender
