This was stone cold simple.
Get a chuck roast.
Rub it with your favorite spices.
Sear on each side for about 4 minutes in some coconut oil.
Chop up some onion and carrot.
Put onion and carrot in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Put chuck roast on top.
Add about a cup of water.
Cook until it smells awesome and the meat pulls from the bone and is soft enough for you (5-8 hours on high depending on the size of your roast).
